The soaking and the fermentation are made in steel inox tanks with a controlled temperature of 26°C. Every about two hours is made the fulling for better pulling out the colouring and aromatics substances. After the delicate pressing and the complete fermentation, the refining is made in oak casks of hl 50, for 8 months, for better exalting the primary flavours of the grape.
Intense red ruby colour, intense fragances of red fruit, spices and vanilla.
